Personal Training & Group Fitness

At Prevail Rehab & Fitness, we offer different types of training to align with your personal performance goals. Our focus is on getting to know you. Whether you are looking for personal one-on-one fitness training or group exercise, our goal is to create a fitness program that helps you reach your goals. Aside from adult training and fitness programs, we work with youth aged 12 and older who are looking to be active or who play sports and need help with form or technique, need course correction around bad habits, and helping to prevent injuries. We focus on supporting youth and adults participating actively in baseball, softball, tennis and golf but can also create programs for other sports. We have created proprietary training for baseball and tennis and follow the TPI guidelines for golf.

If you are looking to challenge yourself and join other like minded individuals pushing themselves to their full potential, then our group classes are calling your name. Group class is a mix of men and women who train to better themselves and improve their quality of life by focusing on strength and conditioning programming that is created to build a confident athlete that has power, endurance, and mobility.
