Q: What do you use during treatments?

A:  We use muscle testing and range of motion assessments to identify muscular imbalances and weaknesses. Once those outcomes have been analyzed, we use a variety of treatments tailored to you to restore proper function of muscles and joints.

Q: How exactly do you ease pain and eliminate symptoms?

A: Muscle pain and joint instability can be eliminated and even prevented by getting your muscles to function properly. Range of motion evaluations, palpation, and comprehensive muscle testing allow identification and correction of muscular imbalances and poor neurological connections. A variety of state-of-the-art techniques are then utilized to restore optimal tissue quality and proper neural connections, thus improving muscular balance. Specific exercises are provided to help you reinforce and maintain these corrections.

Q: Does the treatment hurt?

A: While everyone reacts to treatments differently, the process should be relatively pain-free. During ART treatments some individuals report slight temporary discomfort if the target structure is relatively deep. There are some cases when an individual will feel slightly sore the day following treatment. This soreness quickly subsides and the individual will notice the results going into effect.

Q: How long will it take to get well?

A: This answer is unique to you and is affected by several factors such as when the injury occurred and how long you have been coping with your pain. Our experience has provided us similar cases in nature and thus we may be able to provide an estimate during your initial visit. A majority of cases take between 3-6 visits to resolve.

Q: Can I make an appointment online?

A: Yes. Please click here if you would like to make an appointment online. If you have further questions, please feel free to visit the Contact page and send us your questions and someone will respond within 48 hours.

Q: What conditions do you treat?

A:We treat a wide range of issues including back pain, neck pain, joint injuries, muscle strains, post-surgical rehab, and performance-related limitations. If it affects how you move, we can help.

Q: Who is a good fit for our services?

A: We work with active adults, athletes, and anyone who wants to move, feel, and perform better. Whether you’re dealing with pain, coming back from an injury, or just want structured training with expert guidance—you’ll fit right in here.

Q: Do I need to be in pain to come in?

A: Not at all. A lot of our members come in to prevent injuries, improve performance, and stay consistent. You don’t have to be injured to benefit from what we do.

Q: Can I use multiple services at the same time?

A: Yes—and that’s exactly how we’re designed. You can combine physical therapy or chiropractic care, and training into one seamless plan so everything works together instead of against each other.

Q:Do you offer group classes? What are they like?

A:Yes. Our group classes are structured, coach-led, and built around proper movement—not random workouts. You’ll get a mix of strength training, conditioning, and mobility in an environment that’s supportive but still pushes you.

Q: How is your gym different from a commercial gym?

A: We’re not a “show up and figure it out” gym. Everything here is intentional. You have access to coaches, structured programming, and a community that actually cares about how you move—not just how much you lift.

Q: What’s included in Personal Training?

A:Every session is fully customized to you. That includes a structured program, coaching on proper technique, and adjustments based on your goals, limitations, and progress. It’s not just a workout—it’s a plan.

Q: Do you customize programs for injuries or limitations?

A: Absolutely. That’s one of our biggest advantages. Our training is built around your body—not the other way around—so you can make progress without making things worse.

Q: How long are sessions and what should I expect?

A:Sessions are one-on-one and focused entirely on you. You can expect a combination of hands-on treatment, movement assessment, and guided exercises to address the root cause—not just symptoms.

Q: What makes your chiropractic care and physical therapy different from traditional clinics?

A:  We don’t rely on passive care or long-term treatment plans. Everything is built around helping you move better, get stronger, and stay independent. You’ll work one-on-one with your provider every session, focusing on movement, strength, and long-term results—not just temporary relief.

Q: Can chiropractic care help with injuries or just pain?

A:Both. We don’t just focus on symptom relief—we help guide you through the rehab process so you can recover fully and get back to training, sports, and daily life without limitations. Our approach combines hands-on care with movement, strength, and education so you’re not dependent on treatment.

Q:What is your cancellation policy?

A: We ask for 24hr advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can accommodate other clients. Specific policy details will be provided when you book.

Q:Can you help me stay active while recovering from injury?

A:Yes—that’s one of our main goals. Instead of shutting everything down, we help you modify and stay moving so you can recover without losing progress.

Q:Can I use HSA/FSA?

A:Yes. Many of our services qualify for HSA/FSA use. We can provide receipts if needed.
